Standard apps are built for static environments. We build for movement. Our programs are engineered for sailors, nomads, and high-performance professionals who need to maintain strength in small cabins, on moving decks, or in remote locations without a gym in sight.
We are launching with our two flagship programs:
Lean & Limitless: A 12-week program focused on improving body composition and functional strength during long-term travel.
Expedition Core: An 8-week series designed for the stability and balance required to move safely and confidently on a boat in any sea state.
Note: While we are starting with these two standalone purchases, the library will expand to include a recovery series, fitness level-based strength programs, a series of boat-friendly one-off workouts, live workouts and Q&A sessions, and more!

That's completely up to you. Storage is at a premium on a boat, and we respect that. Our first two programs will have two versions:
